MSC needed a tablet at events that only shows the plan and documents. No browser, no swiping into settings. Lenovo Tab M11, Android, done.
Problem
Normal apps let users out. Kiosk means the device stays in mode. Security and operation for non-developers.
MotoKiosk
Splash with logo instead of white flash. App as home launcher: home button returns to the view.
Offline: message instead of blank page, retry every five seconds.
Admin: five taps, password, switch between event plan and liability waiver. Emergency path to Android settings remains.
Target SDK 36, navigation caught. Rollout without terminal rituals: install, set as home, run.
MSC has a stable info terminal. Similar projects: just ask.
